San Ramon (USA)/Cannes. March 3rd, 2023. MIPIM, from March 14th – 17th, is one of the world’s leading real estate trade fairs. It brings together the most important and influential international players in the sector. The conference program with numerous experts provides insights into the latest trends in the industry. This is the place to be for the EnOcean Alliance and selected members presenting sustainable wireless solutions for Smart Buildings and Spaces based on the EnOcean Standard (ISO/IEC 14543-3-10).
“Reduce your building’s carbon footprint.” That is the guiding principle and promise of the EnOcean Alliance and its members at this year’s MIPIM. The event will be dedicated to digital solutions that allow long-term carbon neutrality of commercial buildings while offering comfort, cybersecurity and useful services to occupants.
Smart Spaces are physical or digital environments in which people and technology-based systems interact in open, connected, intelligent ecosystems. Sensor-generated building condition data provides the basis for this. Smart spaces adapt to the needs of their users. They can reduce operating costs, improve health and employee well-being, optimize productivity, and save energy and CO2.
At the joint booth, Smart Spaces specialists from the EnOcean Alliance and member companies U2P-Ubiant, T-Systems MMS, EnOcean, and Microsoft and Aruba will share their insights on ongoing projects for the smartification of operational building spaces and explain the benefits for real estate investors and operators.
