Graham is a veteran in the semiconductor industry with 25 years experience in analogue and RF solutions at various Engineering, Sales and Marketing positions in USA, GB, Germany, Austria and Norway. Before joining EnOcean he was a worldwide pioneer in low power wireless sensor networks at leading start-up Chipcon (purchased 2006 by Texas Instruments) where he conducted the worldwide business development activities, served as President of Figure8Wireless and was Vice President of the ZigBee Alliance. Graham studied in USA and GB and is a Physics Graduate from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.

Frank Neudecker has an engineering degree in EE/Mechatronics from TU Darmstadt. Frank started his career in R&D, first in electronic design, working on innovative test equipment for combustion engines, later as well in mechanic design. Further stations brought him in contact with Building Automation, when he was the head of the electronic department of Becker Antriebe GmbH, a German producer of electrical drives and controls for industrial doors, shutters and blinds. His ability to explain and present complex technology took him step by step from R&D to Marketing and Sales. Just recently, before joining Thermokon he was responsible for international sales of sensor and data acquisition systems for testing vehicle dynamics to the automotive and tire industry in the EU, Africa, Australia and South America. Today he is responsible for Thermokon’s Export and Marketing and the cooperation of the experienced EnOcean pioneer Thermokon with the EnOcean Alliance.

Dianne Pisarek is a business professional with a proven track record of success in a broad range of disciplines. She has more than 25 years of executive and managerial experience in marketing, product development and team selling within industrial, manufacturing and retail sectors. Throughout her career, Dianne has applied her finely-tuned skills in analysis, strategy and process to produce results and positively impact corporate growth. Currently Dianne is the Vice President of the Energy Harvest Radio Frequency (EHRF) Division within Masco Corporation’s Liberty Hardware Manufacturing Corporation. Liberty Hardware is a leader in decorative home products located in Winston-Salem, N.C. She joined Liberty Hardware in 2006 as the Vice President of Marketing and was chosen to lead the new EHRF division in late 2007. Before joining Liberty Hardware, Dianne was a Vice President of Marketing within Danaher Corporation, first at its Delta Consolidated Industries unit in Raleigh, N.C. and later at its Danaher Tool Group in Sparks, MD. Dianne also held various marketing and general management roles within Pergo Inc., a global leader in laminate flooring, in Raleigh, N.C. In an earlier post, she managed multiple brands at The Thompson Minwax Co. in Memphis, Tenn. Dianne received an associates degree in restaurant management from State University of New York (SUNY) at Cobleskill and a bachelor’s degree in economics at SUNY at Purchase, graduating each time with honors. She received a master’s in business administration from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Caroline has a proven track record in international marketing and communications management, including channel communications and retention, product commercialization, branding strategies, promotions and public relations and brings over 10 years experience within high-tech business-to-business organizations. Caroline holds a Bachelors of Commerce from McGill University (Montreal, Quebec, Canada).

Markus Brehler (Chief Executive Officer, Founder) is directing EnOcean since 2001. He has been invited by the World Economic Forum as Technology Pioneer. In 2001, Markus joined Siemens Technology Accelerator as 'Entrepreneur in Residence' preparing business plans to spin-off EnOcean. Beforehand at Siemens, he was establishing the Mobile Phone Accessory Devices Marketing, a $100 million plus operation. Assigned to a Siemens/ McKinsey team he was implementing divisional restructuring of the business segment intelligent transportation systems after having spent 8 years in research and development there. Markus has an EE from the TU Munich and started his career at the multinational technology giant Siemens Corporation as development engineer. A German citizen, Markus is fluent in English and attended Executive Programs at MIT, Stanford, Insead and the Indian Institute of Management.

Gerhard Morgenstern

Gerhard Morgenstern was born in 1942 in Berlin where he grew up. After studying physics he went on to become managing director of international firms and entrepreneur in the machine and electrical industries. Efficient use of energy has always been a subject of great interest to Gerhard, which is why he became an investor in and consultant to Omnio AG in 2003.
